Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TunedIn, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. Additional local requirements may apply.

Description of the service
TunedIn is a directory and player for live internet-radio stations. You can discover, search, play, favourite, and revisit independent stations. Optional accounts may provide library sync when available.

Independent radio services
TunedIn does not own, produce, host, edit, control, or restream station content. Audio is delivered by independent station operators.
Station availability, content, accuracy, quality, legality, and reliability may change without notice. Inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable in your location.

Accounts
If you create an account, provide accurate registration details, protect your credentials, and notify farish@elowenworks.com of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.
You may request account deletion through available controls or by contacting us. Sync and recovery are not guaranteed to be permanent or error-free; keep any information you cannot afford to lose.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, use automated extraction that burdens the service, circumvent security measures, use TunedIn unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property or other rights, or misrepresent an affiliation with TunedIn or a station.
These restrictions do not prevent ordinary personal listening or sharing station links.

Intellectual property
The TunedIn name, branding, interface, and original materials belong to ElowenWorks or its licensors. Station names, logos, audio, metadata, and programming belong to their respective owners. No ownership transfers to you under these terms.

Copyright and station concerns
Station operators and rights holders may report incorrect information, request directory corrections, or raise legal concerns by contacting farish@elowenworks.com. Include enough information to identify the station or content, explain your relationship to it, and state the basis of the request.
We will review complete requests but do not promise removal before that review is complete.

Third-party services and links
TunedIn relies on or links to third parties including Radio Browser, independent station servers and websites, app stores, hosting providers, and authentication or sync providers. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Connectivity and data charges
Internet access is required. Audio streaming can use significant mobile data, and you are responsible for carrier, roaming, or internet-provider charges.

Service changes
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify features. Individual stations may disappear, change their stream, or change programming independently of TunedIn.

Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, TunedIn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, station availability, metadata accuracy, particular content, compatibility, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of ElowenWorks arising from or relating to TunedIn will not exceed $100. This limitation does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity
Subject to applicable law, you agree to compensate ElowenWorks for reasonable losses and costs arising from your unlawful misuse of TunedIn or material breach of these terms.

Termination
You may stop using TunedIn at any time. We may suspend or terminate access or an account where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service protection, or a material breach. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Updated terms will be presented in the app, on the website, or through another appropriate channel and will take effect on the stated date.
